With more than twelve years of experience, Kristina brings her artistic vision and creativity to every session. Katelyn is the heart of the client experience, making each step feel seamless and personal. Elysabeth brings her joyful energy, fresh perspective, and helping hands, making SteinArtStudio a true family legacy.

We are Kristina, Katelyn, and Elysabeth, the mother-and-daughters team behind SteinArtStudio Photography—an award-winning luxury maternity, newborn, and family photography studio serving Orlando and families from around the world.
Your maternity session is about so much more than beautiful photographs. It is about celebrating your strength, your beauty, your family, and the incredible little person growing inside of you. Maternity
WHEN TO SCHEDULE YOUR SESSION
Maternity sessions are typically photographed between 28 and 34 weeks of pregnancy, when your belly is beautifully defined and you are still comfortable enough to enjoy the experience. Because we accept a limited number of sessions each month, we recommend booking during your second trimester to reserve your preferred date. Every pregnancy is different, so we will help you choose the best timing based on your due date, comfort, and personal circumstances.
SESSION LOCATION
Maternity sessions take place in our luxury Orlando studio, where we can create multiple looks using our carefully designed sets, fine-art backdrops, fabrics, and lighting. Depending on your vision, select outdoor or destination locations may also be available. Together, we will design a session that reflects your personality and the way you want this season of your life to be remembered.
WHAT TO WEAR
SteinArtStudio offers an extensive collection of more than 150 designer maternity gowns, couture pieces, bodysuits, flowing fabrics, statement accessories, and specialty outfits exclusively for our clients. During the design session, we will help style every look and recommend the most flattering options for your body, complexion, and desired aesthetic. You are also welcome to bring meaningful personal items or clothing you would love to incorporate. Professional hair and makeup are included with our maternity experience, allowing you to relax, feel pampered, and arrive in front of the camera looking and feeling your very best.
FAMILY
Partners and children are warmly encouraged to participate in your maternity session. These portraits are not only about the mother-to-be—they are about the family lovingly awaiting its newest member. We will guide everyone through natural, flattering poses and create a beautiful variety of images, including portraits of you alone, with your partner, with your children, and together as a family. Neutral, coordinated clothing is usually recommended for family members so the attention remains on your connection and the emotion of the moment. We will provide personalized wardrobe guidance before your session.

Every newborn session is thoughtfully designed specifically for your baby, with carefully selected colors, outfits, wraps, props, and sets. Family and sibling portraits are included in our newborn experience. Professional hair and makeup are also available for Mom, allowing her to feel pampered, confident, and beautifully prepared during this very special season of life.
Newborn
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION
THE MORNING OF: These simple tips can help your session run smoothly:
1. When possible, keep your baby awake for a little while before leaving so they arrive tired and ready to sleep. A warm bath or gentle washcloth bath can also help them relax.
2. For bottle-fed babies, bring plenty of extra milk—approximately three times what you expect to need. A small refrigerator is available for pumped breast milk.
3. Most importantly, arrive with a hungry baby and plan to feed them at the studio. A full tummy often helps babies settle into a deep sleep.
4. For babies older than two weeks or those who are frequently gassy, please bring the gas drops or gripe water you normally use.
HOW TO DRESS BABY
Please dress your baby in a comfortable, loose-fitting outfit that is easy to remove. Pajamas or a simple sleeper with a zipper or snaps are ideal. Please avoid tight clothing, socks, or anything that may leave marks on your baby’s skin.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring everything your baby may normally need, including diapers, wipes, pacifiers, formula or bottles, burp cloths, and any necessary medications. SteinArtStudio provides the wraps, outfits, headbands, bonnets, props, and accessories used during the session. You may also bring a meaningful heirloom or sentimental item that you would like us to incorporate.
TIMING
FAMILY AND SIBLINGS
Parents and siblings are warmly encouraged to participate. We will provide personalized wardrobe recommendations before your session so everyone looks beautifully coordinated. Neutral and soft colors generally photograph best and keep the focus on your family’s connection.
Newborn sessions are unhurried and may last approximately three to four hours, depending on your baby’s needs and the number of family members participating. We recommend keeping the remainder of your day flexible and avoiding appointments immediately after the session.
SCHEDULING
Your due date will be reserved in our calendar as a flexible appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible after your baby arrives so we can confirm the session date. Newborns are typically photographed within the first one to three weeks after birth, with the exact timing based on your baby’s health, arrival date, and your family’s comfort. Your baby’s safety and well-being are always our highest priorities. All posing is gentle and baby-led, and every wrap, outfit, blanket, surface, and prop is carefully cleaned and sanitized between sessions.

Milestone
Milestone sessions are a beautiful way to document your baby’s changing personality, new expressions, and exciting developmental stages throughout their first year.
These sessions are commonly scheduled around:
3–4 months, when babies begin smiling, making eye contact, and showing more expression
6–8 months, when babies can sit independently and interact more confidently
9–10 months, when babies may be crawling, standing, or showing even more personality
Any Birthday! To celebrate them as they grow.
Every milestone session is thoughtfully styled around your baby. We provide access to our beautiful collection of baby outfits, accessories, props, and custom-designed sets. You are also welcome to bring a meaningful outfit, toy, or sentimental item from home.
Family and sibling portraits may be incorporated into your session, creating timeless images that celebrate not only your baby’s growth, but also the love and connection within your family.
We work around your baby’s nap and feeding schedule whenever possible to help ensure they are comfortable, rested, and happy. Every session is baby-led, with plenty of patience and time for feeding, cuddling, changing, and breaks.
Our goal is to preserve each sweet stage exactly as it is—the tiny details, growing confidence, joyful smiles, and unique personality you never want to forget.

At SteinArtStudio, cake smash sessions are designed to celebrate your baby’s first birthday in a fun, beautiful, and completely personalized way. Every session is styled around your chosen theme, colors, and vision, creating portraits that feel unique to your child and your family. We provide the complete experience, including the custom-designed set, coordinated décor, baby outfit, accessories, and birthday cake. Family and sibling portraits may also be included, allowing us to capture both the celebration and the meaningful connections surrounding this special milestone.
Cake Smash
BEFORE THE SESSION
Please make sure your baby is well-rested and has eaten before arriving. A happy, comfortable baby usually enjoys the session more, so we recommend avoiding an appointment that overlaps with nap or mealtime whenever possible.
INTRODUCING CAKE
Before the session, allow your baby to taste cake, frosting, or a similar texture at home. Some babies are unsure of the sweetness or texture the first time they experience it, so a little practice can help them feel more comfortable during the cake smash.
HOW TO DRESS BABY
Please bring your baby dressed in a comfortable outfit that is easy to remove. SteinArtStudio provides a styled outfit selected to coordinate with your theme. You are also welcome to bring a special birthday outfit or meaningful clothing you would like photographed.
FAMILY AND SIBLINGS
THE CAKE
A custom cake designed to complement your session theme is included. Please let us know in advance about any food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions. If your baby has severe allergies, we may recommend that the family provide a safe cake from a trusted bakery.
Parents and siblings are welcome to participate in portraits before the cake smash begins. We will provide wardrobe recommendations so everyone looks coordinated with the set while keeping the focus on your baby.
TIMING
Cake smash sessions generally last between one and three hours, depending on your baby’s mood, the number of setups, and whether family portraits are included.
SCHEDULING
We recommend booking your cake smash session several months in advance, especially when requesting a custom theme. Sessions may be scheduled before your baby’s birthday if you would like to use the portraits for invitations, party décor, or birthday announcements. Your baby’s comfort and happiness always come first. We follow their cues, allow time for breaks, and create a relaxed experience filled with fun, laughter, and beautiful first-birthday memories.

WHEN TO SCHEDULE YOUR SESSION
Mommy & Me sessions can be scheduled at any stage of your child’s life—from infancy and toddlerhood to the teenage years and beyond. There is no “perfect” age. Every season holds something special, whether it is the way your baby fits in your arms, your toddler’s playful personality, or the beautiful connection you share with your older child. Because we accept a limited number of sessions each month, we recommend booking several weeks or months in advance, especially for spring, Mother’s Day, and other popular seasons.

SteinArtStudio offers access to a carefully curated wardrobe of elegant gowns, flowing fabrics, statement pieces, and select outfits for children. We will help coordinate every look so that the colors, textures, and styles photograph beautifully together. You are also welcome to bring meaningful clothing, heirloom pieces, or outfits that reflect your personal style. Professional hair and makeup are available for Mom, allowing you to relax, feel pampered, and step in front of the camera feeling confident and beautiful.

Mommy & Me sessions are centered around the connection between mother and child, but siblings may also be included to create beautiful portraits of Mom with all of her children. We can photograph each child individually with Mom, siblings together, and everyone in one portrait. Personalized wardrobe guidance will be provided so the final collection feels cohesive and beautifully styled.

YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN
Your child does not need to sit still or perform perfectly. We allow them to move, play, cuddle, laugh, and simply be themselves. We gently guide you through natural interactions and flattering poses while giving your child space to feel comfortable. Some of the most meaningful images come from the in-between moments—a quiet hug, a kiss on the forehead, tiny hands holding yours, or spontaneous laughter. Favorite toys, comfort items, snacks, or meaningful keepsakes may be brought to help your child feel relaxed and at home.
Session Fee
Mommy & Me sessions are centered around the connection between mother and child, but siblings may also be included to create beautiful portraits of Mom with all of her children. We can photograph each child individually with Mom, siblings together, and everyone in one portrait. Personalized wardrobe guidance will be provided so the final collection feels cohesive and beautifully styled.
Our session fee begins at $499 and may vary depending on the type of session, location, and any additional custom requests. The fee covers professional hair and makeup, access to our curated collection of gowns and dresses, personalized styling, session planning, and up to four to five hours of photography time. The session fee does not include digital images, prints, albums, wall art, or other products. All photographs and artwork are purchased separately during your private reveal and ordering appointment, where Katelyn will guide you through selecting your favorite images and creating the perfect collection for your family.
Approximately three to five days after your session, you will meet with Katelyn for your private reveal and ordering appointment. Together, you will view a beautifully prepared presentation of your images for the very first time.
Katelyn will guide you through the entire selection process, helping you choose your favorite portraits and decide how you would love to preserve and display them. Whether you envision a handcrafted album, a custom wall-art collection, fine-art prints, or a combination of products, every detail will be thoughtfully designed around your family, your home, and your personal style.

During your reveal appointment, Katelyn will help you select the images that tell your story most beautifully. Your portraits will then be arranged into a custom album design, with each spread thoughtfully created to flow naturally from one moment to the next.
Our albums are available in three sizes, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your collection and the way you would like to enjoy it. Each album features professional printing, substantial archival pages, and a luxurious selection of cover materials, colors, and personalization options.
The pages are specially designed to be moisture-resistant and fingerprint-resistant, helping protect your photographs while keeping the album beautiful through years of viewing and handling.
